            Breast reconstruction after cancer surgery is an extremely important part of a woman’s healing process. Having a natural appearing breast on the side that a mastectomy is performed goes a long way to making a woman feel whole again. Dr. Cuber specializes in breast reconstruction surgery and performs the initial flap (TRAM flap) surgery to give bulk to the breast area. Then a skin expander is placed, and later, an implant is inserted. Finally, a nipple is created from surrounding skin and combined with permanent makeup techniques for color. Also, the opposite breast can be lifted or altered to match the reconstructed side. Dr. Cuber will be with you every step of the way for this important process. 

Breast Reduction
