This is a 23 year old who was not happy with her lack of breast tissue. There is so little breast tissue that it is difficult to even determine the inframammary fold. So she underwent breast augmentation where she had 200cc saline implants placed under the muscle and inserted through axillary incisions under each armpit. That way no incision can be seen under the breast or around the nipple. This case is a good example where you do not have to use overly large breast implants to have a nice result. The patient is very happy about her new shape and feel much more comfortable in her clothes and bathing suits.
