This is a 32 year old patient that had rhinoplasty at a different practice 10 years prior. She was unhappy with the general appearance and the long length of the tip.

If you look at the frontal view, the tip is pinched and irregular on both sides. The side view show the bridge was over resected and the base view shows the nasal tip and septum are crooked. During her revision rhinoplasty, we placed a graft to build up her dorsum, and used her own cartilage to reconstruct the tip and straighten it.
