This is a 46 year old female with significantly heavy upper eyelids and loose, baggy lower lids. She underwent an upper lid lift, removing excess skin and creating a nice eyelid crease.Also we performed lower lid eyelid surgery to remove excess fat and a laser used to tighten the skin. She has a great result which looks natural and really freshens her face up nicely. Improving the eyes makes her look significantly younger as well.
