This is a 49 year female who was not happy with the heaviness of her face and neck. She underwent a full lower face and neck lift that did a great job of creating a defined jawline and neck. When there is preoperative heaviness like in these photos, a mini facelift will not give a great result. The full face and necklift procedure gives a few more days of recovery, but the long term result is worth it. This patient stated that people thought she looked much younger and that she looked like she lost weight, but could not tell she had a facelift.
